Ben Zion Diamant- Chairman of the Board of Telkoor Telecom, DPC & Gresham Power

Ben-Zion (Benzi) Diamant, completed his military career as a senior officer in the Israel Air Force, currently serving as a Colonel in the reserves Corps. He joined Elisra Electronics Corp. a leading Israeli defense industry, in 1981 as the marketing manager. In 1989, he joined Rotal Communication as a partner and managing director. Benzi turned Rotal into the leading communications infrastructure and equipment provider company in Israel. In 1992 Benzi joined Phasecom (Vyyo) as a partner and business development manager. Since 1994 Benzi is a the major shareholder of Telkoor Telecom and it's daughter companies and an active chairman, overseeing the group's worldwide activities.

Ben-Zion Diamant, a 20-year veteran in the telecommunication arena holds a degree in Political Science. from Bar-Ilan University.

Itzhak joined the company’s 0n January 2010 as President.

Itzhak bring with him an impressive experience of more than 25 years of developing and management in military and civil electronic companies. On the last 12 years as
Vice President of Operations and Customer Support for Tadiran company’s that  are  subsidiaries  of  Elisra.

Benny Steinfeld - EVP Marketing & Sales

Benny joined the company on April 2008 as Executive VP Marketing and Sales. With over 30 years of worldwide marketing and sales experience gained serving as VP marketing and sales with leading companies like Tadiran Telecom and Telrad. Between 1998 and 2000 Benny was Telkoor's VP Engineering.

Moti Heller Vice President R&D and Engineering

Moti, Vice President R&D, has over 30 years of experience in design and development of military and commercial power supplies.  Holding senior R&D and Engineering positions in several electronic companies in Israel such as QPS, ECI and BH technologies, Moti’s diversified experience provides Telkoor with a broad variety of design disciplines and technical management capabilities.

Moti Heller Graduated from the Ben-Gurion University in 1973 with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering.

Uri Friedlander- CFO & Human Resources

Uri  is Telkoor Telecom's CFO since 1997.  From 1986 until 1991 served as auditor for Lyboshitz & Kasirer (Arthur Andersen) public accountants. From 1991 to 1997, Uri was the controller of I.T.L and Q.P.S, part of the Clal Electronics Ltd Group.

Mr. Friedlander received his B.A. degree in accounting-economic from Tel-Aviv university.

Ran Diamant– VP Budget and Control

Ran  is a 10-year veteran at Telkoor, has held a variety of positions in the company.  Starting as the assistant controller, moving later into project management following  later as the company auditor, a position he held for the last 5 years.

Ran Diamant graduated in 1999 from the Bar Ilan University with a BA in economics and political science and an MBA in political science, majoring in public administration.

Guy Diamant- VP Operations

Guy Diamant joined Telkoor as our Production Manager and soon afterwards was appointed as Operations Manager. Guy is responsible for all our manufacturing activities, including sub-contractors in Israel and overseas.

Guy brings with him an impressive management record, from the Israeli Air Force and Cellcom, the leading Israeli cellular telephone company. Guy graduated in 1997 from the Technological Institute in Holon as practical engineer in Electronics.

Haim Liber- Local Marketing & Sales Manager

Haim served for 25 years in the Signal Corps of the IDF, rising to the rank of Lt. Col. During this time he completed an Electrical Engineering degree and later studied Project Management in Telecommunications, Purchasing and Logistics and Reliability Engineering. He worked as marketing manager for a power supply manufacturer before joining Telkoor in 1999 where he plays a key role in the companies commitment to service.

Shmuel Halperin - VP Purchasing & Procurement

Shmuel Halperin has over 30 years experience in logistics and purchasing, starting as a purchaser in IDF Ordnance Corps, Senior Purchaser at Tadiran Communications Division and Purchasing Manager for Telkoor responsible for worldwide activities.

Shmuel graduated in 1982 from the Technion Institute as purchase and supply manager.

Gideon Sela- Quality Manager

Gideon Sela joined Telkoor in 2002 as our Quality Manager. Gideon is responsible for all our quality activities worldwide.

Gideon brings with him an impressive quality management record of 25 years, from Tadiran Communication Division and RAD Group. Gideon graduated in 1966 from the Ort Natanya Institute as practical engineer in Electronics.

Guy Morris - Customer Support Manager

Guy Morris joined Telkoor as our Customer Support Manager. Guy is responsible for our after-sale department, including contacts with major customers, RMA and managing our sub-contractors in Asia and Far East.

With over 15 years of experience in senior technical management at MATAV (later HOT) the leading Israeli Cable TV operator, Guy brings with him a comprehensive record in all aspects of technical & projects management.

Guy graduated in 1986 from the ORT College in Holon as certified technician in Electronics

Sylvia Marciano -Administration Manager

Mrs. Sylvia Marciano joined Telkoor in 1992 as our Administration Manager. Sylvia is responsible for all our export/import activities, including shipments and deliveries. She holds the responsibility of key-account manager for our sister companies and major defense customers in Israel and USA.

Sylvia holds BA in Criminology and Sociology from Bar-Ilan University.
